Tea Eater is a Brooklyn-based weirdo art punk band fronted by Tarra Thiessen. They create campy, cunty, wall-of-fuzz songs that double as spells to inspire new potential realities. Tea Eater features members of Gustaf and Sharkmuffin, and has been support for Thee Oh Sees, Death Valley Girls, LA Witch, & Sloppy Jane. They have completed East Coast and Midwest tours, 2 LA residencies, a set at Distorsion Psych Fest in Montreal, and have toured the UK/EU three times. Their sophomore LP 'I Don’t Believe in Bad Luck’ was be released March 28, 2025 on a limited edition blue vinyl with a custom tarot deck.
